Booking terms
When you book your Mackay hairdressing appointment at For the Love of Hair Creative Studio we will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. This is not an extra cost, it will be deducted off the cost of your appointment fee. The amount will depend on the length of appointment but usually ranges between $50-$100. If it is a longer hair appointment (3+ hours) we will usually ask you for a larger deposit.
If we do not receive your booking fee within 24 hours the appointment will be cancelled so we can open up the space to someone else. Thank you for your understanding. This reduces the issue of no shows and spam bookings.
